Simon Cowell is well known for his nasty criticisms of performances on the TV Show “American Idol.” It certainly added to his net worth of $550 million, as does his production company Syco Entertainment. It is know wonder he can afford his $20 million estate in Beverly Hills and his Holland Park home in London. Simon Cowell started his career at EMI Music Publishing at the bottom and worked his way up to record producer, then went to work for A&R Label, where he signed some big name bands. In addition to American Idol, Simon Cowell is also known for judging “Britain’s Pop Talent” and “America’s Got Talent.” He has a habit of spying on his neighbors, but don’t worry, as he is rarely home. Simon Cowell loves to vacation in St. Barts, Barbados and is known for chartering yachts for $900,000. He also loves to eat out and can be seen at his favorite LA restaurant, Ago. Of course, Simon Cowell has the car bug too, and drives a Bently Azure, Bugatti Veyron, Rolls Royce Phantom, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, and of course, a Ferrari 458 Italia.
