Bill Gates is best know as the co-founder of Microsoft and has a net worth of $76.6 billion. Believing that his children should learn the value of hard work, Bill Gates and his wife, Melinda, have set up The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and gives money to many worthy causes. However, he still adds to his net worth with royalties from Microsoft, investing and authoring books. Bill Gates still plays around with computer programing as well. In 2005, he became Sir Bill Gates when Queen Elizabeth II knighted him, he has been Forbes Magazine’s “Richest Man of the Year” eight times and was awarded the Global Humanitarian award in 2006. It should not come as a surprise that Bill Gates has an IQ of 160, loves to read, listen to music and collect art. He has a collection of Porches and with a private jet and a $5 million yacht, he can vacation pretty much anywhere. He also has a home in Indian Wells, CA and owns a private island in Belize, The Grand Bugue. He spends most of his time at his house on Lake Washington, in Washington state, called Xanadu 2.0.
