Frank McCourt is a real estate developer, and the former owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team.
McCourt’s real estate portfolio consists of a few highly profitable celebrity homes, including two mansions in Holmby Hills as well as two in Malibu. One of the more expensive, and perhaps most talked about properties that he owns is the the John Launter-designed Segel Residence on Carbon Beach (also known as the Billionaire’s Beach), which him and his ex wife bought for $27,250,272 from actors Courteney Cox and David Arquette.
