Jennifer Aniston sold this house in June 2011 for $35 million to billionaire Bill Gross, according to public records. Aniston purchased the property in 2006 for $13.5 million and completely remodeled it. She collaborated with designer Stephen Shadley to transform a 1970’s residence by Harold W. Levitt in Beverly Hills into an inviting retreat where she hosted frequent gatherings. “The making of the house was as significant to me as the living in it,” says the designer.
