- Matthew Langford Perry is a Canadian-American actor and writer born on August 19, 1969 in Williamstown, MA
- Early in his career, Matthew moved from Ottawa to Los Angeles to pursue acting. He went to Buckley School in Sherman Oaks. While in Buckley, Perry was featured as a junior in a production titled The Miracle Worker.
- He is most known for his role as Chandler Bing on the long-running NBC television sitcom Friends. He is also for portrayal of Ron Clark in the 2006 television movie The Ron Clark Story.
