He is an actor,director and screenwriter, most famously writing and starring in 1976’s Rocky, which was nominated for 10 Academy Awards and won 3 for Best Picture, Best Directing and Best Film Editing. Sylvester Stallone took that and ran, now having a net worth of $400 million. That’s a long way for someone who was almost homeless in the 1970’s. Now Sylvester Stallone owns 2 houses in southern California; a $10 million 16,000 square foot mansion in Beverly Wills and a $5 million home on beautiful Lake Sherwood.
