Bio

The late entertainment mogul Aaron Spelling bought a 6-acre Beverly Hills lot from a legendary Hollywood actor Bing Crosby in the late 1980’s. He demolished the old home, and built this 123-room estate, known as “The Manor”, spending a total sum of around $47,000,000 dollars. The mansion is 56,500 square feet and is the largest single-family dwelling in Hollywood. It has a bowling alley, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, screening room and four 2-car garages.

After his passing, his wife Candy Spelling listed the manor for a stunning $150 million, making it, at the time, the most expensive home for sale in the US. Her belated husband, Aaron Spelling, was one of the most successful producers of all time, and the man behind such hit shows as Charlie’s Angels, 90210, and Melrose Place.  He left the house to her when he passed away from a stroke in 2006.

Petra is the daughter of Bernie Ecclestone, the CEO of Formula One Management, bought Aaron Spelling former house for $85 Million.
