This month, Halfhill Auction Group will be auctioning off Hollywood A-Lister Johnny Depp’s Kentucky hobby horse farm, about eight miles outside historic Lexington. The 41.32-acre equestrian farm, originally purchased for $950,000 for Depp’s mom, Betty Sue Palmer, will be auctioned off at $2.9 million.

The gorgeous ranch-style main residence overlooks the farm’s rolling pastures, includes six bedrooms and 6.5 bedrooms in 5,944-square-feet.  The ranch has a formal living and dining rooms, a home office and a spacious family room with an adjoining glass-roofed sunroom. The kitchen has been remodled with modern cabinetry, butcher block counter tops and a sky light. The house has a grassy backyard with a swimming pool, a playground and  a small guesthouse. The exterior includes a detached four-car garage, a couple of barns with 15 stalls for horses and four watered paddocks.
