Maroon 5 front man and host for “The Voice” Adam Levine, recently purchased another lavish estate in in Los Angeles’s upscale Holmby Hills with model wife Behati Prinsloo. The price tag on the Holmby Hills estate was $18 million!

Designed by architect Caspar Ehmcke in the 60s, the home is described as a “majestic French Regency Estate”. The gorgeous LA mansion has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a total of 9,221 square-feet of space and is completely secluded from street view with thick foliage.

The 1.27-acre stretch, first listed in September 2016 for $27,500,000, shares a border with the famous Los Angeles Country Club.

Some specific highlights of the lavish home include: a gated and tropically manicured entrance courtyard which leads to a double set of Regency style front doors. Champagne colored wall paper, a crystal, sparkling chandelier and marble checkerboard flooring in black and white. Multiple seating areas and a fireplace are a perfect touch to the wall-to-wall carpeted formal living room. A formal dining room occupies glass sliders to the garden and has an adjoining breakfast room/solarium.

A beige travertine flooring terrace surrounds a quatrefoil-shaped swimming pool. Exposed wood vaulted ceilings and a wet bar occupy the poolside cabana. A detached two-story guesthouse is located off the front motor court.
